• Provide design concept boards for approval, indicating colors, furniture style and fabric.
• Provide plan reviews as necessary.
• Select, design and specify interior architectural finishes
  Provide CAD drawings for furniture layout, paint and wallpaper schedules and furniture built-ins (if applicable).
• Provide construction walk-throughs at frame stage, drywall stage and project completion.
• Furnish and merchandise to the satisfaction of each client.
  Written acknowledgement of all design changes and additional services made on-site.
• Timely invoices per each completed stage of agreement.
  Timely written inventory and digital pictures of completed models.
• Provide re-vitalization services for existing models.
